MediaMonkey for Windows Gold の登録情報 (ライセンス ユーザー名 + ライセンス キー) は、ご注文が処理されるとすぐに電子メールで送信されます。ご注文後数分以内に電子メールが届かない場合は、スパム フォルダーを確認してください。そこにもない場合は、ヘルプデスクにお問い合わせください。
ゴールド ライセンスを紛失した場合、ライセンス ユーザー名とキーは、2025 年 1 月以降の注文については当社のストアから、2025 年 1 月以前の注文についてはMyCommerce の「注文の検索」ページから取得できます。
それでもライセンス キーが見つからない場合は、元の購入注文番号と MediaMonkey Gold の購入に使用した電子メール アドレスを添えて、ヘルプデスクにお問い合わせください。
Find a Gold License Key
Hide originalMediaMonkey for Windows Gold registration information (License Username + License Key) is sent via e-mail as soon as your order processed. If you haven’t received the e-mail within a few minutes after making the order, check your spam folder and if it’s not there, please contact our helpdesk.
If you’ve lost your Gold license, your License Username and Key can be retrieved via our store for orders made after January 2025, or via MyCommerce’s ‘Find my order’ page for orders prior to Jan 2025.
If you’re still unable to find your license key, please contact our Helpdesk with your original purchase order # and the e-mail address used to purchase MediaMonkey Gold.
