問題
基礎となるデータベースが破損している場合、 「データベース イメージが不正です」というエラーが発生する可能性があります。これは、データベース操作中にドライブが何らかの理由でシャットダウンされた場合、または低レベルのカーネル レベル プロセスが SQL 操作に干渉している場合に発生する可能性があります (これは Tenebril の SpyCatcher で確認されています)。
解決
MediaMonkey 5以降のバージョンでは、まず「ファイル」>「データベースの管理」を選択し、 「データベースの再構築」を選択して、データベースの修復を試みてください。
MediaMonkey 4以前のバージョンを使用している場合、またはデータベースの再構築で問題が解決しない場合は、破損したデータベースファイル（mm5.db/mm.db）を手動で削除して、MediaMonkey起動時に新しいファイルが作成されるようにする必要があります。これにより、MediaMonkeyライブラリ（プレイリストと再生履歴を含む）が失われます。MediaMonkey for Windowsのデータベースは、以下のKB記事に記載されているとおりに保存されます。KB: MediaMonkeyデータベースと設定ファイルの変更/デフォルトのデータベースの場所の変更

MediaMonkey 5以降では、データベースのバックアップを自動的に作成するように設定できます。これにより、データベースが破損する前の古いコピー（バックアップの保存期間によって異なります）に戻すことができます。データベースのバックアップについては、 KB: MediaMonkeyライブラリのバックアップと復元方法を参照してください。
回復
MediaMonkey for Windows 5以降でバックアップを有効にしている場合は、復元可能な破損していないバックアップがあるかどうか試してみてください。
MediaMonkey for Windows 4では、データベースのバックアップが正常に機能していない場合、 Restore/Synchronize Database Addonのようなサードパーティ製アドオンを使用してみることをお勧めします。これにより、破損したデータベースから情報をインポートできる可能性があります。
Problem
‘Database image is malformed’ errors can occur if the underlying database has been corrupted. This can happen if the drive is somehow shut down during a database operation or if a low level kernel level process is interfering with SQL operations (this has been observed with SpyCatcher by Tenebril).
Solution
On MediaMonkey 5 and newer, first try File > Manage database and select Rebuild database and let it attempt to repair your database.
If you’re on MediaMonkey 4 and older or Rebuild Database didn’t fix the issue, you’ll need to manually delete the corrupt database file (mm5.db/mm.db) so that a new one will be created on MediaMonkey start. This will result in the loss of your MediaMonkey Library (including Playlists and Play History). Prevention
To change the database robustness see: KB: Configure Database Performance / Robustness
MediaMonkey 5 and newer can be set to automatically create backups of the database. This would allow you to revert to an older copy (depending on how far your backups are set to go back) before the database became malformed. Recovery
If you enabled Backups on MediaMonkey for Windows 5 or newer you can try to see if there is an uncorrupted backup you can recover.
In MediaMonkey for Windows 4, if you don’t have a working backup of the database you can try to use a Third Party Addon like the Restore/Synchronize Database Addon, which may be able to import information from a corrupt database.
